به گزارش ایرنا به نقل از بخش اطلاع رسانی سفارت ایران در دمشق، وی در دیدار با

'هروه لادسوس' معاون دبیركل سازمان ملل متحد در امور صلحبانی و فرستاده ویژه وی به سوریه در سفارت ایران در دمشق تصریح كرد كه روند نظامی موجب پیچیده تر و طولانی تر شدن بحران در سوریه می شود و تبعات منفی و وخیمی برای منطقه بویژه عاملان این بحران خواهد داشت.

شیبانی با اشاره به موقعیت حساس سوریه و تلاش برخی از جهات منطقه ای و بین المللی در نظامی كردن روند وضعیت جاری گفت: هر گونه راه حلی غیر از راه حل سیاسی منجر به بی ثباتی در سوریه خواهد شد و این امر بی ثباتی در محیط پیرامونی این كشور را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

'كوفی عنان' فرستاده سازمان ملل برای حل بحران سوریه بر ضرورت مقابله با تلاش هایی كه در جهت به شكست كشاندن این طرح می شود، تاكید كرد.

لادسوس نیز در این دیدار كه ژنرال' باباگری گای' رییس جدید ناظران بین المللی در سوریه نیز حضور داشت، گزارشی از اقدامات صورت گرفته از سوی سازمان ملل از جمله تمدید یك ماهه مهلت حضور نیروهای سازمان ملل و رایزنی های انجام شده از سوی وی با مقام های سوریه را به اطلاع سفیر ایران رساند.

وی با اشاره به دیدار اخیر 'علی اكبر صالحی' وزیر خارجه ایران با 'بان كی مون' دبیركل سازمان ملل، دیدار امروز را در ادامه آن دانست و با تأكید بر جایگاه و نفوذ ایران در منطقه حساس خاورمیانه، از مواضع حمایتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از طرح عنان تشكر كرد.

در این دیدار دو طرف تحولات جاری در سوریه و آخرین وضعیت طرح شش ماده ای عنان به ویژه در شرایط حساس سیاسی و امنیتی سوریه را مورد گفت وگو و تبادل نظر قرار دادند.

شیبانی و لادسوس ضمن رد اقدامات نظامی در ارتباط با سوریه كه باعث پیچیده تر شدن اوضاع می شود، تنها راه حل بحران پیچیده این كشور را راه حل سیاسی و ورود طرف های متنازع به گفت وگو اعلام كردند.

در یک اعلامیه نیروهای ائتلاف آمده است که عمار رهبری گروهی از شورشیان به منظور هدف قرار دادن نیروهای افغان و خارجی در ولایت کنر را به عهده داشت.

کاپیتان دین آینرت، یکی از سخنگویان نیروهای ائتلاف در افغانستان به بی‌بی‌سی گفت، در این عملیات چند شورشی دیگر از جمله خطاب شفیق یکی دیگر از سران لشکر طیبه نیز کشته شده اند.

آقای آینرت گفت:" خطاب شفیق، از رهبران ارشد لشکر طیبه در ولایت کنر بود. او مسئول چند حمله به نیروهای خارجی و افغان بود و مسئولیت فراهم کردن پول، سلاح و آموزش به شورشیان را در منطقه به عهده داشت. شفیق همچنان یک اردوگاه آموزشی شورشیان را در شرق افغانستان تاسیس کرده بود، جایی‌که شورشیان استفاده از سلاح ها را می آموختند."

این سخنگو همچنین افزود "شفیق به تازگی مشغول آموزش چگونگی ساختن و جاسازی بمب های کنار جاده‌ای به شورشیان بود."

نیروهای ائتلاف می‌گویند ارزیابی ها نشان می‌دهد که در این حمله به غیرنظامیان هیچ آسیبی نرسیده است.

اخیراً خشونت ها در ولایت های شرقی و هم مرز با پاکستان افزایش یافته است.

حکومت افغانستان بار‌ها لشکر طیبه را به اجرای حملات بزرگی در این کشور متهم کرده، از جمله حمله به مهمان‌خانه‌ ای در شهرنو که محل بود و باش شهروندان هندی بود.

به گزارش روز سه شنبه خبرنگار ایرنا، علیرضا علیزاده روز دوشنبه در نشست تخصصی 'مدیریت مصرف برق صنایع' با اشاره به اینكه مصرف برق در ایران دو برابر میزان جهانی است افزود: مصرف انرژی در كشور ما حتی از كشورهایی نظیر چین، اندونزی و هند نیز بیشتر می باشد و بطور مشخص مصرف بلند مدت برق در ایران شش درصد می باشد كه این الگوی مصرف با هیچ یك از الگوهای مصرفی در دنیا مطابقت ندارد.

وی اضافه كرد: پس از اجرای قانون هدفمندی یارانه ها 12 درصد كاهش مصرف داشتیم اما با شروع سال 91، دوباره مصرف برق افزایش یافت به طوری كه در فروردین 2 درصد و در اردیبهشت ماه 5 درصد افزایش مصرف داشتیم.
